Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and high-quality tax advice promptly, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Actively engage in client meetings, confidently addressing inquiries concisely.
- Review tax returns within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Maintains adherence to internal procedures, updating partners and managers on job progress.
- Exhibits expertise to supervise relevant work areas effectively.
- Actively seek solutions to technical challenges, displaying a commitment to understanding diverse issues.
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge openly.
- Pursue ongoing training opportunities to stay updated on technical and managerial skills.
- Engage in business development activities, collaborating with partners to showcase the firm's expertise.
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience in financial services tax
- Strong technical knowledge and client-focused approach
- Asset Management and/or Insurance expertise advantageous
- Ability to work independently, build client relationships, and develop junior staff
