Our client is seeking a highly motivated compliance professional to join its European team in Dublin on a permanent basis. The company is expanding its European operations and is looking for a talented individual to contribute to its growth and success.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive compliance initiatives and support the company's expansion efforts across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the compliance framework for European operations.
- Providing regulatory information and marketing materials to investors.
- Monitoring cross-border distribution of funds under management.
- Advising on the establishment of new European offices and liaising with regulators.
- Conducting regular horizon scanning to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing regulatory and compliance procedures.
- Supporting business projects and team development.
- Maintaining a positive work environment and complying with internal controls.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience, gained within a financial services firm in Ireland.
- Previous experience in a PCF capacity an advantage but not essential.
- Strong project leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of UCITS regulations and/or MiFID regulation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Third-level qualification.
