Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the delivery of annual Company and departmental KPIs.
• Deliver monthly management packs and variance analysis within tight deadlines.
• Ensure timely recording of journals for accruals, prepaids, salaries, and taxation.
• Maintain strong financial controls around cash management, payments, and invoicing.
• Ensure tax compliance for VAT and Corporation tax.
• Assist in preparing year-end Financial Statements for the Audit Committee.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant with approximately 1 - 3 years PQE.
• Experienced in monthly management reporting analysis and process optimization.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Big 10 training preferred.
