After a decade in the industry, Ed Rossiter, our founder and Co-CEO believed there was a better way to deliver a quality solution - one that is focused on adding value along the entire candidate journey. Ruth Lyndon, a qualified lawyer and experienced senior search professional, joined Ed as Co- CEO and together, they are committed to delivering a quality service akin to any other professional service - consultative, value-add and solutions-focused.
