The client provides strategic advice on buy-side and sell-side M&A, private capital fundraising and IPO / SPAC advisory services across four industry verticals: FinTech, Digital Infrastructure, Enterprise Software / Data & Analytics, Digital Consumer.
This is an excellent opportunity an entrepreneurial minded Investment Banker at Associate level with experience in Tech M&A (Software, SAAS or Data Analytics)
that is looking for more significant deal momentum and execution that has more client facing responsibility with a clear pathway to VP.
