I am working with a top tier law firm looking to add to their Funds team. This group is top ranked and offer comprehensive legal services to domestic and international clients such as global asset managers, depositaries and fund administration groups.

What you'll do

• You will act on behalf of domestic and international clients, providing legal and commercial expertise
• Be part of a cross-border team advising on corporate activities
• Draft legal documents
• Work alongside other specialists teams, to include tax, real estate, data protection and finance groups
• Advise on full range of Irish fund products including UCITs, AIFs, REITs and exchange traded funds

What you'll need

• 3 years plus post qualification experience within the area of Asset Management and Investment funds
• A hard-working and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well alongside colleagues at different levels
• Excellent communication skills
