We are currently engaged with a growing Accounting & Advisory practice that is looking to expand its existing audit department. This firm has an extensive domestic and international client base and has a need for an experienced candidate to join them as an Audit Partner.

This opportunity will suit someone who has a passion for Audit and developed a successful career with an accounting practice. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to build a team below them and lead the Audit department through a stage of sustained growth.

This is a senior role within a fast-growing accounting & advisory practice. The successful candidate will lead the Audit department of a fully integrated professional services firm that provides accounting, audit, tax, financial planning and a range of business support and consultancy services to an established client portfolio. You will help guide your clients in achieving their maximum business potential and play a key part in helping business owners and managers to make the decisions that will drive Ireland’s COVID-19 recovery.

The Ideal candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) etc

• Currently holding a Senior level position within a medium sized practice

• Experienced Audit professional with experience of growing/developing a firm

• Team management is essential

• Excellent communicator

• Self-Motivator with strong business development skills

• Commercially focused

• Previous experience managing relationships with clients
