Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Portfolio Manager and assist in the management of a portfolio of debtors to agree and implement debt management strategies
- Perform Financial/Debtor Management for capital partners
- Execute Portfolio Due Diligence & Analysis
- Relationship Management & Debt Restructuring, development and implementation of effective debt management strategies
- Produce accurate Management Information for Senior Management on the portfolio
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in portfolio management or a debt restructuring role
- APA in Housing Loans or QFA essential
- Experience of working on cases involving insolvency/liquidation/receivership (preferable)
