Accounts Receivable Assistant
Phoenix are working with a Dublin-based property development company. They are growing rapidly and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team. The suitable candidate will have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creation of Invoices
Creation of and accounting for monthly invoices
Creation of and accounting for monthly, quarterly annual management charges
Creation of and accounting for invoices
Creation of inter-company and external recharges on a monthly basis
2. Debtors Ledgers
Rental tenant set up and maintenance
Assist in setting up new debtor accounts for debtor's ledger supervisor
Creation and distribution of daily receipts report and aged debtors report
Internal debtors and Creditor reconciliations
Weekly meeting with Property Management Team manager
Issuing statements for outstanding balances to debtors
Maintaining the sales invoicing email and responding to tenant queries in a timely manner
