US Tax Associate willing to relocate to AsiaPac
 

We are seeking an Associate level Tax Lawyer practicing in the USA and willing to relocate to either Hong Kong, Beijing or Singapore. The ideal candidate will require corporate and restructuring transactional experience, including preparation and negotiation of documents and a deep understanding of the relevant US Tax Law.
 

• AmLaw 50 experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Tax Accounting and US GAAP accounting.
• Engage in tax structuring and the formation of business entities, including registration with tax and regulatory agencies.
• Draft and revise operating agreements and other governance documents for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex tax matters.
• Candidates must be barred in a US jurisdiction ideally with a LLM in Tax Law
