The Opportunity
We are partnering with a Top Tier Law firm who are expanding its Tax function and looking to meet with ambitious and driven tax-qualified professionals who are keen to grow their career with a leading Law Firm!

This role would suit someone who is Big 4 trained and ideally with International Corporate Tax experience however other Tax expertise are welcome to apply!

You will work on a variety of issues while also focusing on your area of expertise.

The group mainly advises on the following:

• International tax and cross-border planning.
• Capital markets and structured finance transactions
• Investment banking and PE transactions
• Transfer pricing, VAT, Tax controversy & litigation and real estate tax.
• Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment
• M&A, demergers and floatations.

Qualifications

• Big 4 trained tax professional, NQ - 3 years PQE.
• Strong track record and highly commercially astute.
• Client-focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.
