Phoenix have been exclusively engaged to partner with a large mid-west law firm to develop/grow their Commercial Litigation department. This team works across the firm Limerick and Cork locations and will offer you the chance to help grow the division.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of general litigation matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution methods
• Running a full portfolio of clients as well as managing any incoming clients
• Giving advice to client in relation to their files and how they should proceed
• Liaising with clients over court outcome and next steps
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the legal process

Experience Required

• Qualified Irish Lawyer who has a minimum of 2+ years pqe
• Experienced in litigation matters and have a keen interest in it
• Commercial awareness to assist in developing the litigation offering of the firm
• Self-driven who can work on their own initiative
• Eager to learn and develop their skillset with a reputable private practice
