As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support. You will work closely with the head of legal and collaborate with cross functional teams and help the company navigate legal challenges in a fast paced environment.
The scope of legal work will be varied and includes drafting and negotiation of various legal documents, advising on structuring, partnership arrangements, regulatory matters and corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law and admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
- 10-15 years post qualification experience.
- Proficient in managing diverse legal matters and exploring innovative technological solutions to enhance the efficiency of legal department processes and functions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of advising cross-functional teams on intricate legal issues and providing clear recommendations.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate, manage, and coordinate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and the business.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at meeting multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with a solutions-focused and innovative mindset.
