You will be responsible for the hands-on implementation and delivery of large-scale economic development initiatives and projects that increase the gross domestic product because of talent from educational/knowledge/talent development.
- Translating talent-related strategies into actionable project plans
- Driving the implementation and delivery of talent projects from conception to completion
- Proactively influencing and managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholder relationships (i.e. DGHR, KHDA, universities, MOHRE, etc.) to align priorities, secure commitments, and drive initiatives in line with set KPIs and objectives.
- Managing a team of project managers (may include project managers from other entities) ensuring they deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience leading and delivering complex talent projects from conception to completion with multiple stakeholders
- Experience leading a team of project managers, ensuring they have clear goals and responsibilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Experience managing cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time
- Successful track record working in private and public sector institutions for a minimum of 8-10 years
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or a related field) is a plus.
