International financial services provider, looking to add a Senior Regulatory Advisor with experience in MiFID to their growing Irish operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of Reg. Change projects across various business lines 

• Oversight and management of all regulatory projects 

• Ongoing Monitoring and maintaining of project progress

• Drafting various governance and regulatory change reports - presenting findings to the board 

• Support the Head of Regulatory Affairs and CEO with all Inspections, audits and reviews 

• Coordinating between various internal and external sources to ensure that project milestones are met 

• Responsible for keeping up with all new regulatory developments by constantly reviewing regulatory publications 

Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the implementation of the regulatory change projects across the Corporate Governance framework. Excellent opportunity to report to C-suite, working alongside various Senior Business leaders and keeping up to date with Irish and EU regulations. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• 8+ years' experience across Compliance/Regulatory change/project management 

• In depth knowledge of MIFID regulations 

• Previous project management experience 

• Can work equally well alone as in a team 

• Professional Qualification within Compliance or Risk 

• Experience in Fast-Paced projects and thematic reviews

• Previous experience working cloesly with regulatory inspections
