Phoenix is currently working with a growing hospitality company, with locations all over Europe. They are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their fast-paced team. The suitable candidate will have extensive EMEA payroll experience and a strong desire to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the efficient processing of payroll
- Payroll project implementation
- Liaise with clients and be a point of contact for queries
- Ensuring compliance with all country-specific payroll policies
- Assisting with audits
- Completion of payroll journals
- Adhoc duties
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years EMEA payroll experience
- IPASS qualification
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong initiative
- Excel proficient
