Phoenix is currently working with a growing hospitality company, with locations all over Europe. They are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their fast-paced team. The suitable candidate will have extensive EMEA payroll experience and a strong desire to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the efficient processing of payroll
• Payroll project implementation
• Liaise with clients and be a point of contact for queries
• Ensuring compliance with all country-specific payroll policies
• Assisting with audits
• Completion of payroll journals
• Adhoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years EMEA payroll experience
• IPASS qualification
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong initiative
• Excel proficient
