The Company
Our client are a leading Irish advisory firm focusing on M&A transactions, equity fundraising and debt advisory. This team is renowned for leading the way in the Irish M&A market and has advised on some of Ireland's largest transactions.
The Role:
- Managing detailed financial reviews and due diligence investigations;
- Manage M&A engagements, which include the resolution of project issues prior to Director review.
- Build strong and sustainable relationship with clients, both internal and external to the firm, establishing both a rapport and trust.
- Managing sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments;
- Managing the preparation of valuation reports;
- Managing debt and equity raisings; financial modeling; liaising with clients, financial institutions and solicitors; and preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives.
The Person:
- minimum 3 years' post qualification experience required;
- ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent;
- previous experience in corporate finance or transaction services experience
- excellent communication skills;
