We are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join a leading Irish business who are a market leaders in their field. This position offers the chance to collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Director, CFO, and Accounts Team.
• Disseminate financial information across departments.
• Maintain and improve accounting software.
• Assist in preparing and compiling monthly reports.
• Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
• Assist with the annual audit process.

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA, or ACA certified.
• 2- 4 years PQE with industry exposure
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Capable of managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Effective team player who can also work independently.
• Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
