Senior Contract Manager- Aviation Leasing

My client is seeking to hire a Senior Contract Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts for a diverse portfolio of aircraft.

The Role

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents and data input with client's contract terms, corporate policies, and government regulations.
• Maintain the accurate recording and integrity of all relevant leases and portfolios in the client's contract management system.
• Manage client's customer billings and conduct necessary system updates.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as per requirements.
• Manage client's customer payment receipts and perform system updates accordingly.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures for the client's wider team.
• Generate reports on customer payments received.

The Requirements

• Rapid problem-solving skills.
• Experience with contract management systems, preferably in AerData CMS, Leaseworks, or Sysco Lease Manager.
• Capability to thrive in a high-performing team environment.
• Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
