Opportunity:
Our client a Global leading Financial Services firm are looking to add a Senior Client Account Manager/ VP to their Aviation Structured Finance team. This position is to be based out of their Shannon office.
Role Objective:
This role involves managing a team responsible for delivering financial and administrative services to Aviation Structured Finance clients. The focus is on ensuring accurate reporting, cash management, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and transactions, supervising the client management team.
  • Lead a team of 3-5 individuals.
  • Establish effective processes and controls.
  • Understand client needs and oversee deals.
  • Ensure proper cash management.
  • Prepare and review SPV reports on a regular basis.
  • Distribute monthly investor reports.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports according to accounting standards.
  • Manage tax compliance and filings.
  • Coordinate annual audits and budgeting.
  • Handle regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and mentor team members.
