Phoenix have partnered with a leading Tech Consultancy, in the search for an experienced Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements, then working with technical colleagues to develop and deliver the solution

  • Work on projects which look to streamline and improve processes, identify and track benefits or implement effective business change

  • Partner with clients, translating requirements into documented criteria and deliverables

  • Engaging directly with our clients to map and understand their as-is systems and processes and map and document to-be systems and processes

  • Work on creating or reshaping new offers and services for our clients

  • Look for new opportunities for work within your projects and contribute to proposals

  • Collaborate with clients to identify, design and implement the process improvements with technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that any changes implemented will be successful for the client


  • At least 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, working as subject matter expert across a broad range of business analysis elements

  • Prior experience acting as Lead/Senior Business Analyst

  • Be a natural leader and dynamic team player with the ability to manage, influence and coach direct reports, peers and external stakeholders

  • Fantastic consulting skills - including facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, managing teams, working with uncertainty and thinking on your feet

  • An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to our clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Effective at working to strict deadlines and managing a wide variety of tasks

  • Ability to work proactively and independently to deliver high quality and on time

  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new environments, projects, and teams

  • Excellent documentation and organization skills
