The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our client's revenue growth team. In this role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving the growth of our client's offerings. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and leading commercial negotiations.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.

  • Create and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to clients.

  • Own the execution of account plans, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Expertly manage the sales cycle, including contract negotiations and opportunity booking.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data hygiene to support decision-making.

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in account management or a related field.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the IT services industry and proficiency in various service offerings.

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, from individual contributors to C-level executives.

  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
