SAP FINANCE DIRECTOR - LONDON - HYBRID

Phoenix Search is advising a globally recognised and hugely admired Management Consulting firm to identify and secure seasoned professionals with SAP Finance/SAP EPM advisory and implementation experience.  The individual will drive the SAP consulting practice and shape the wider organisation, helping both the firm and its impressive client base navigate the complexities and uncertainties of technology transformational Change.

Key components for the role will include:

• Spearheading the firm’s business development vision and strategic growth, and SAP-enabled transformations for faster implementation and ROI.

• Driving clients transformation agenda, including the leading of business development and sales initiatives.

• Serve as the senior Finance Architect for complex engagements with flagship accounts.

• Enhance function offerings, focusing on deployable assets/demos/accelerators with clear ROI, particularly in automation, clean core, and AI.

• Drive future roadmaps, align target accounts, and shape the firm's SAP offerings.

• Play a leading role in new business proposals, and commercial negotiations with both new and existing clients.

The suitable candidate will demonstrate the following key requirements:

• Extensive experience in selling and delivering key SAP Finance and EPM solutions.

• Experience with end-to-end SAP Finance implementation and transformation programs.

• Proven track record in leading complex bids, including S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (trends, roadmap, SAC/BPC/EPM).
