Role Overview:

The Sales Account Manager is a pivotal role focusing on maintaining and expanding our client's customer base. This position involves a range of responsibilities including:

  • Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiating subscription rates and managing customer renewals.
  • Identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.
  • Onboarding new accounts and managing them actively.
  • Setting and achieving multiple sales goals through effective time management and prioritization.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries promptly.
  • Delivering feedback and insights to the organization for continuous improvement.
  • Employing strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in up-selling and cross-selling various products.
  • Skilled in consultative sales approaches and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiating and building strong client rapport.
  • Developed skills in pipeline forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or SaaS space is advantageous but not mandatory.
