Role Overview:
The Sales Account Manager is a pivotal role focusing on maintaining and expanding our client's customer base. This position involves a range of responsibilities including:
- Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiating subscription rates and managing customer renewals.
- Identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.
- Onboarding new accounts and managing them actively.
