The Role: 

• Lead the delivery of Best in Class Regulatory Reporting, encompassing Quarterly Reports (QRTs), Non-significant Thresholds (NSTs), Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), and Regular Supervisory Report (RSR).
• Establish and uphold an efficient control framework for regulatory reporting.
• Adapt to changes in Solvency II and external regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external teams to ensure precise reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day operations during reporting periods, providing technical analysis.
• Direct the annual external regulatory audit process.
• Take the lead in managing the regulatory reporting team, from recruitment to daily oversight.

The Person:

• Qualified accountant ACA ACCA 
• 2 - 3+ years PQE within the Insurance industry or Big 4 practice
• Strong understanding of Solvency II requirements.
• Excellent communication skills
