The role is based in their Dublin city centre office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day performance of a variety of upcoming and ongoing projects
• Ensuring SLA's and budgets are strictly adhered too
• Work alongside the heads of risk, operations and technology
• Weekly and monthly planning sessions
• Plan, lead and monitor live projects, reporting directly to Senior Management
• Drive and maintain high standards across the shared services centre
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in FS - Insurance or onboarding style role
• Excellent customer service experience
• Track record of driving performance
