This entails overseeing the development of project management methodologies and tools in line with applicable practices, supervising KPIs of programs and projects, resolving issues, resource constraints, and conflicts, monitoring programs and projects progress, identifying and advising on risks , and following up on corrective actions implementation to ensure effective completion and delivery of the programs and projects.
The role reports into the Head of the division.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, process improvement or other economy related PMO/PM.
- Track record working in an international top 10 consulting firm mandatory.
- Experience with Asana is a plus.
- Experience overseeing the implementation and delivery of complex projects across sectors
- Experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and addressing challenges/problem solving to aid in the delivery when necessary.
