The Position
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead a newly acquired home warranty business specializing in niche markets. Reporting directly to the firm's founder, the President will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including revenue growth, operations, human resources, finance, underwriting, claims management, and compliance matters. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in business and sales, capable of leading a small team and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 3.4 GPA)
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' corporate experience
- Leadership experience required
- Sales and/or strategy background preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Zoom, and CRM/ERP software
