Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Ensuring compliance and effective governance throughout the portfolio.
- Addressing inquiries from client companies, trustees, scheme members, and other relevant contacts.
- Preparing and delivering presentations for client, trustee, and member meetings.
- Leading efforts in scheme design, restructuring, and implementing approved changes and benefits.
- Creating and executing programs to enhance retirement and member engagement.
- Taking charge of a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional client services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in client and portfolio management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Meticulous attention to detail, along with exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, excelling in teamwork and cooperation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Hold QFA or IIPM qualifications.
- Possession of a valid and clean driving license.
