Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the payroll process for multi-country clients, primarily in Europe, adhering to strict deadlines and ensuring high accuracy.
- Gather, validate, and process payroll data, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle full payroll processing for Irish and UK clients, including registrations, calculations, and declarations.
- Stay updated on global tax and labor regulations, ensuring compliance across all client payrolls, with a strong focus on Irish and UK regulations.
- Collaborate with local in-country partners and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyse payroll data and generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the expansion of client entities in various countries.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
