Responsibilities:
- Manage the entirety of monthly global payroll operations
- Work alongside external payroll service providers to uphold precision and meet payroll deadlines
- Collaborate with HR to gather necessary data for payroll inputs
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing assistance as needed
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, labour laws, and reporting standards
- Partner with finance department to fulfil audit and reporting obligations
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency, implementing controls and automation
- Guarantee punctual and precise payroll tax filings and submissions
- Liaise with legal teams to tackle compliance issues
- Compile and present managerial reports based on payroll data
- Contribute to special projects as delegated by management.
