PAYROLL & AP ADMINISTRATOR - DUBLIN 24 - PART TIME
We are teamed up with Ireland's most locally-focused security company. They are looking for an experienced part time Payroll / Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy head office based in Dublin 24 to cover maternity leave.
€18.50 per hour, 3 to 5 days per week, on-site. (20 - 25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Running of the weekly payroll for 200+ staff.
- Dealing with all aspects of payroll including ROS returns
- Carry out payroll weekly & month end reconciliations
- Processing all AP invoices and reconciling with supplier statements
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Ad-hoc Reporting
Experience
- 2+ years' work experience in payroll processing
- Minimum of 1 year's AP experience
- Previous experience of using Sage Payroll.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong IT skills
- High level of numerical accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
