The Company
This revolutionary business plans to transform the mortgage banking sector by developing a digital platform that will use the latest RegTech and Data Science to assess and underwrite borrowers. As well as providing a digital platform, this business has secured a European wide Banking License and plans on developing its product portfolio over time.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Founder - strategising the creation of new distribution channels and business opportunities in line with the vision and team priorities
Continuously find opportunities for business optimisation
Manage the businesses regulatory and funding structures
Lead development of analytical frameworks, tools, dashboards, and techniques to measure and report on key revenue and pipeline metrics
Lead cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of key projects including marketing, sales, customer success, and product
Work with a range of internal and third-party experts up to board level
Lead the built-out of the companies legal infrastructure
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in operations, legal or banking functions, preferably within high-growth technology, FinTech or SaaS environment
Experience supporting external cross-functional stakeholders, customer success, marketing and driving management in a complex, changing organisation
Have led the implementation of a GTM strategy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities with autonomy
Adaptable for the quickly changing landscape of a startup environment
