The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for their Dublin-based office. You will be responsible for Managing Marketing campaigns, leading the marketing function, and having a real impact on the business.

Duties & Responsibilities 

● Planning, developing, and implementing all marketing and advertising campaigns

● Strategic overview of company’s marketing activity 

● Liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives 

● Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals

● Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning 

● Contributing to new business development initiatives 

● Help deliver the management teams ambitious growth projections 

● Growing and developing the in-house marketing team 

The Ideal Candidate: 

● Proficiency on Hubspot

● Positive attitude and highly motivated to deliver and grow in their career

● Innovative, Creative, and entrepreneurial mindset

● At least 3 years experience in marketing or a related field 

● Demonstrated success leading the execution of digital projects with clear results

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is highly desirable 

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must-have
