The Opportunity
The we have a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who is 2+ years PQE to join our Tech client as a Legal Counsel.

This role will service the EMEA region you will work on a wide range of issues across, as part of a wider global legal team. The role will comprise a mix of general counsel, commercial & compliance related activities.

Responsibilities

• Advise key stakeholders on contracting & developing strategies for contracting.
• Analyse and resolve warranty, pricing and other disputes.
• Providing legal support to all functions of the businesses and contributing to best practices and training.
• Advise and collaborate with business teams and support functions on a range of legal issues.
• Coordinate with corporate legal specialty teams.

Qualifications.

• Top Tier / Top 10 trained solicitor.
• Minimum 2 years PQE.
• Good commercial contacts experience desirable.
