Join our client's cutting edge business as a Group Financial Analyst Manager. You will analyse financial data, identify business opportunities and risks, and support strategic decisions. A solid background in financial forecasting, KPI development, and business reporting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business reviews and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare business cases for investments
• Generate reports for Senior Managers and the Board
• Support group budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with managers across the group to provide financial analysis
• Develop 5-year business plans and assist in fundraising
• Prepare funding documentation

The Person

• Accountancy qualification preferred ACA ACCA CIMA 
• Experience in financial analysis or finance-related roles
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
• Confident in decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities
• Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and collaborative skills
