Our client are looking for a numerically skilled Financial Analyst Manager. This role involves delving into business insights via financial data, pinpointing business risks and opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic business reviews and provide cash flow forecasting and business analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases for investments and development projects.
• Generate reports for Senior Managers and the Board, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with managers across the organization to offer financial analysis support.
• Develop 5-year business plan models in partnership with the corporate finance team to support fundraising.
• Help prepare funding documentation and due diligence materials.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified accountant ACA CIMA ACCA or CFA background
• Has proven experience in financial analysis or related finance roles.
• Is proficient in spreadsheets, databases, financial software, and Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI.
• Excels in financial analytical and modeling skills, with experience preparing information for financial institutions.
• Communicates effectively with strong commercial acumen and presents confidently across a multinational group.
• Demonstrates excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, adept at managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Is resilient, adaptable, and skilled in collaborating with individuals at all levels within the business.
