Our client would like to hire a US qualified lawyer to support their robust FDA regulatory practice for Food. You will anticipate, shape, and comply with FDA regulations at the international, national, state, and local levels.
You will develop and implement FDA regulatory initiatives affecting the food industry. Implementat new compliance requirements. Advise a diverse portfolio of clients in the food and beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary relationships and understanding of processes at the FDA. Understanding of food safety controls, illness outbreak, recalls, class-action lawsuits.
