We are working with an interesting technology client who specialise in cyber security. They are rapidly growing and have just completed multiple acquisitions. Due to growth and continued expansion they have a requirement for a newly-qualified financial accountant. The role will offer exposure to Private equity owners and future acquisitions.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, Cash Flow and ratio analysis

• Assist in the budgeting and annual forecasts

• Review FX risk and exposure across the group

• Accounts preparation for the group, reporting to the board of directors

• Assisting on the year end financial statements

• Complete VAT, VIES and other tax compliance

• Assist the auditors on enquiries at year end

• Calculate financial and operational metrics - KPIs

• Ad hoc reporting

Key Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)

• Progressive candidate who is driven by a challenge

• Proficient in Excel and IT systems

• Stakeholder management - working with commercial and sales teams
