This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a major reinsurance company with over 1,000 employees dispersed over 20 global sites, a company that takes pride in offering its insurance clients and brokers the best risk solutions.
Participate in the quarterly closings as well as contribute to US/IFRS/French GAAP and other local STAT ledgers.
Collaborate closely with local CFOs and reporting teams to facilitate the creation of IFRS 17 results and financial statements for local companies.
Prepare Corporation tax, VAT/GST filings for multiple businesses in cooperation with the External Reporting and Group Tax departments.
Assist the department head with technical questions, procedures, and paperwork.
Further Role Requirements:
- Qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Big 4 Practice Trained.
- Understanding of Solvency II and IFRS 17.
- Previous exposure to the insurance/reinsurance sector.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.
