Our client is a household name with a large commercial (500+) property portfolio. With an expanding footprint internationally this will suit someone with previous Irish and UK property exposure.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the commercial team and look at the strategic initiatives on future properties
• Offer new ideas and solutions to help shape the property finance team
• Partner with all site managers to help roll out new projects
• Forward looking activities to add value and maximise the property portfolio
• Financial gearing and long term investment plans
• Junior members - Mentor and guide
• Stakeholder management - Influence and guide
• Collaborate - Team and third parties
• Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of deals
• Communicate project progress to all levels with a focus on financial and value

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• Property Finance background
• Knowledge of advanced corporate finance
• High level of property, commercial and financial acumen
