Finance Manager- High Growth Business

Our client is a leading real estate advisory business going through a period of high growth. They are on the lookout for a talented Finance Manager to join their growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to optimise financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled finance professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
• 3-6 years of post-qualified experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
