The Opportunity
Our client is seeking to hire an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join their Dublin team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential new customers and managing an active pipeline of opportunities across a multitude of industries. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package with uncapped commission, benefits including pension & health care, and the opportunity to work with some of the largest Tech MNCs globally.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Cycle from start to finish - prospecting leads, managing your own active pipeline across a multitude of industries, through to closing deals.
  • You will work closely with Enterprise clients to understand their business and guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding targets, ensuring forecast accuracy, and managing deals.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements, and the ability to meet these effectively.
  • Report your findings, present these clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients, in our client's CRM database.



The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS & Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Phenomenal verbal and written communications skills, comfortably interacting with others at all levels internally and externally
  • An active interest in opportunities that increase customer happiness and deepen customer relationships
  • A proven track record of identifying customer needs and successfully delivering solutions on their behalf
  • The ability to work on a team that prioritises adaptability, drive and resilience
