• Advise a range of employer types, from start-ups to established listed entities, domestic and international, across a range of sectors. 
• Assist clients with acquisitions, outsourcings, expansions or reductions-in-force, local or international employee relations, data protection, local, cross-border or collective litigation, compliance, and risk management issues.
• Work as part of a truly global legal team and firm. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Newly or Recently Qualified Solicitor 
• Experience in a leading or global law firm 
• Excellent analytical skills, superb communication skills - oral and written
• Proven client relationship management skills
