Job Objective:
My client is seeking an experienced Talent attraction Director to lead the implementation of talent-related strategies and projects, ensuring alignment with their objectives. The responsibilities include translating strategies into actionable plans, managing project delivery, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate talent-related strategies into actionable project plans
- Lead implementation of talent projects in line with companies strategy & overall objectives
- Manage project managers and ensure project delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
- Manage project risks and develop periodic reports
- Contribute to organizations strategy development and financial planning
- Ensure operational excellence, governance, and compliance
- Provide advisory support to CEO and leadership team
- Lead by example, foster cross-functional collaboration, and mentor future leaders
- Ensure information security compliance
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Leadership experience in public and private sector institutions
- Financial awareness and organizational understanding
- Advanced competencies in execution, communication, and leadership
