Our client is rapidly expanding, now boasting a team of approximately 600 professionals. They specialize in a wide array of services, encompassing restructuring, advisory, and deals, with a strong commitment to creating, defending, preserving, sustaining, and growing value for their clients.
About the Job As a Tax Director with this esteemed financial advisory firm, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the tax advisory team, offering expert guidance and strategic direction in various aspects of tax management. Responsibilities span a wide spectrum, including the development of tax clauses in contracts, assessment of tax liabilities, guidance on transactions, and the application of extensive tax knowledge across multiple domains. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's tax advisory practice and contribute significantly to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and review of tax clauses in contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while optimizing tax efficiency.
  • Continuous monitoring of evolving tax laws and regulations to accurately calculate and assess tax liabilities.
  • Provision of expert guidance and strategic insights on tax matters related to diverse transactions.
  • Leverage of extensive and diversified tax experience to provide holistic solutions to clients.
  • Leadership and management of cross-functional project teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of results.
  • Cultivation and maintenance of strong client relationships, including interactions with senior-level clients.
  • Identification of new business opportunities, leadership in client proposals, and active contribution to business development efforts.
  • Provision of strategic advice to clients, addressing intricate financial challenges that impact their financial well-being.
  • Effective management of project budgets and assessment of project progress, with proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in tax advisory or related roles, demonstrating a broad spectrum of tax expertise.
  • Professional qualifications such as CTA, ACA, or similar certifications.
  • A proven track record in managing complex tax-related engagements and projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with prior experience in team management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to clients.
