Phoenix Search has partnered with a prominent leasing service in Dublin, they are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their Dublin-based team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily inquiries of fleet drivers and suppliers across the country.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently
- Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to invoice processing, reporting, and e-flow management.
- Provide high-quality service through daily communication with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in ongoing performance assessments and training initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & skills
- 2+ years experience working in a customer service role
- Experience of working in the motor industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- An accomplished user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
