• Drafting and negotiating documents required in respect of Corporate transactions
• Running all elements of transactions with minimum supervision
• Advising clients on ongoing advisory matters
• Managing due diligence exercises and carrying out or overseeing relevant elements of due diligence
• Managing more junior Associates / Senior Associates on deal teams and in the wider Corporate Department
• Partaking in business development, education, and marketing initiatives
• Drafting and negotiating deal documents required
