The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions and arrangements but with a key focus on:
- Private M&A
- Public M&A
- Capital Markets - Equity
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital & Growth Equity
- Shareholder activism and disputes;
- Corporate redomiciliations, reorganisations, schemes of arrangement and restructurings.
- Open to all levels of PQE - Our clients are hiring both Associate / Senior Associate level
- Must have experience in Corporate transactions and advisory work
- An excellent academic record
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
